Whether in person on-site or via virtual support, a highly qualified service technician is always available.
In the event of malfunctions, we have a 24-hour service with quick response times and diagnoses. After clarification and error analysis, we work diligently to repair the damage immediately and to deliver the spare parts promptly.
You can count on expert support - from installation to inspection and maintenance to repairing your laser.
Service as a success factor
If necessary, we are quickly on-site and will take all necessary precautions for you.
We recommend servicing your device once a year to avoid problems and to prevent the laser from coming to a standstill.
The performance of the laser is checked during the annual service and the required spare parts are replaced in order to keep the performance optimal and constant.
Maintenance contract
Regular maintenance and repair for safe, performance-optimized work with your ALPHA LASER.
Since we are an authorized service partner of ALPHA LASER, you also have the option of arranging a maintenance contract with us.
This gives you a 5% discount on the spare parts.
The contract duration is 3 years with the possibility to extend.
