Series processing

Thanks to our experience with laser welding technology, we can also use our know-how to machine your parts as a service for series production. We offer full consultation from finding the design of the seam up to the welding of your components in the series.

After the initial consultation, we manage the finished components and manufacture them with our laser welding devices. It is also possible for us to monitor the exact welding position with Keyence camera systems in order to set filigree weld seams precisely and, if needed, batch produce.

Process development

We offer you support in projects in which you have to weld parts automatically. You have the components and we have the knowledge of how to weld them. Depending on the task, we can develop a tailor-made laser welding process for your components. First, welding tests are carried out with the materials to be welded and the weldability is determined. In the second step, the optimal laser welding source is selected. Depending on the degree of automation, we can design or completely manufacture a laser welding station for you in cooperation with an automation company of yours or one proposed by us. We can also support you with projects in which you only want to check the weldability in order to be able to determine whether the choice of material is suitable and also with the design of possible automation concepts.
