Quick and flexible on site

If you need us on site, we will load the ALM (Alpha Laser Mobild) onto our emergency vehicle and bring it directly to you. The assembly on site is quick and uncomplicated. As laser welding requires sufficient experience, we ensure our laser welders are all well experienced and equipped to handle even the most complex and difficult tasks. We can utilise over 20 years of experience of laser welding and help you with your welding needs.

Almost all common materials that are used in toolmaking can be welded (e.g. steel alloys, aluminium, titanium). As the laser systems have been equipped with more and more power in recent years, larger welding volumes can be completed in a short amount of time in a manner that is gentle on the material.

Located in 1230 Vienna, we are at your disposal with our machine park which includes 7 ALPHA LASER welding systems with up to 900W fibre lasers. When possible, we can complete smaller jobs for you while you wait and we can create machine molds and tools of up to 1000 kg in-house.

The ALM (ALPHA Laser Mobile)

With the new mobile laser welding device from Alpha Laser, ALM 300, we now have a laser welding machine with which we can perform tasks with and even greatest reliability. The ALM set up time is minimal and with it’s swivelling laser arm can be positioned precisely above the desired location. It does not matter whether it is a large tool or a small mold insert.

With its unique, patented swivel head system, the ALM can be swivelled in any direction, which means that difficult to reach areas can also be welded without any issues. With the ALM, Alpha Laser has created a unique, flexible laser that is unbeatable in its field of application.
