Forget about time-consuming dismounting of heavy components – simply drive the AL- ROCK mobile laser welder, with its self-propelled crawling chassis, directly to the part to be hardened. The flexible, wide sweeping robot arm easily reaches even the most challenging workpieces.

In free 3D movements, the AL-ROCK’s laser beam precisely follows workpiece contours, such as on tracks along complex closing edges. Burlings, scars, or single dots are not a problem. The only requirement for the laser is free access to the workpiece surface to be treated.

You can also use the AL- ROCK laser robot for laser welding, laser powder welding or for build-up welding with welding wire.
